In Haining county-level city, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Huashi Biotechnology Co is transforming cultivation with its fully automated enoki mushroom production facility.

Robotic arms efficiently filled thousands of white cultivation bottles with precisely mixed substrate. These bottles then moved through an automated processing line, undergoing sterilization, cooling, inoculation, mycelium cultivation, trimming, fruiting, and packaging — all without human intervention.

Unlike traditional farming, where seasonal conditions dictate output, this digitalized factory operates year-round, ensuring uninterrupted production and consistent quality. With a single growth cycle taking just 50 days, the facility produces 40,000 bottles of enoki mushrooms daily, with an annual capacity reaching 25,000 metric tons.
