The Ministry of Commerce recently released a total of 105 newly identified national foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases and two were reportedly listed from Quzhou city, located in East China's Zhejiang province.

They were, respectively, a lithium battery and new materials base and a non-metallic materials base, according to local media reports on July 27.
