The Quzhou EGO Tech Entrepreneurship Park located in Quzhou, Zhejiang province was recently listed in the second batch of provincial digital economy buildings, marking a significant milestone in the development of the city's digital economy.

The park is situated in Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City and is funded by the EGO Group. It provides wide-ranging services including operational management, investment and financing, entrepreneurial guidance, technological innovation incubation, and the transformation of technological achievements.

The park, which opened in October 2014, features a micro and small enterprise zone with support facilities.

In 2023, its resident micro and small enterprises generated combined revenue of 1.24 billion yuan ($169.67 million) and contributed over 11 million yuan in taxes, providing employment for more than 1,400 people.

"Since the establishment of the park, we have continuously upgraded its digital service platform, and have now developed a comprehensive digital service platform," said Chai Yuanzheng, head of Quzhou EGO Tech Entrepreneurship Park.

The park also integrates high-level technological innovation platforms from Quzhou and promotes the construction of digital and intelligent platforms. These efforts also facilitate the digital and intelligent transformations of enterprises.

Currently, the park hosts 106 incubating enterprises, with 69 of them primarily engaged in the digital economy and in technological innovation sectors.
