With the continuous extension of the reform of "running with at most one visit", public hospitals in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, have achieved remarkable results in medical treatment and healthcare, public service applications and mobile payments.

Pinghu, a county-level city in Jiaxing, in recent years, has also actively accelerated the speed of smart city construction, which has created a good foundation for the reform.

Since the beginning of this year, the power supply and government departments in Pinghu have jointly explored an "Internet Plus" service, the first of its kind in Zhejiang province to establish a "government affairs" platform relying on Jiaxing government's affairs data sharing system.

It only takes five seconds to "scan the face" to achieve identification, and quickly and accurately read the identification card, property rights certificate, business license and other certification materials, to realize "more data and less errands for local residents".

Since mid-April, a group of 32 residents in Pinghu have successfully applied for 10 public services, including applying for installation and temporary electricity, through "face scanning".

In the next stage, a power supply company in the city will carry out the business of "face scanning application without certification" on a regular basis, continuing to promote the data sharing services and providing more convenient power supply service for users.
