Four companies in Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, have been listed among the top 50 private multinationals in Zhejiang, local media reported on Dec 21.

The list was compiled by the Zhejiang Outbound Investment Enterprises Association and the Zhejiang Zhijiang Institute of Transnational Corporations based on overseas assets, foreign trade, and other indexes.

The listed private multinationals have combined overseas assets of 565 billion yuan ($88.69 billion), annual overseas operating revenue of 572.6 billion yuan, and 260,000 overseas employees. Their combined exports totaled $23.1 billion in 2020.

The following are the four listed companies in Jiaxing.

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co Ltd (3rd)

Founded in 2002, Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co Ltd is a high-tech enterprise that specializes in the research and manufacture of Li-ion batteries and cobalt-related new materials.

Zhenshi Holding Group Co Ltd (6th)

Zhenshi Holding Group Co Ltd is engaged in various fields, including fiberglass products, composite materials, logistical transport, mineral products, and real estate development and has more than 30 subsidiaries in China, the United States, Spain, Indonesia and Egypt.

Zhejiang Hailide New Material Co Ltd (46th)

Zhejiang Hailide New Material Co Ltd is a high-tech company focusing on the research and development, production and marketing of polyester filaments for industry, plastic materials, and polyester cord fabrics with respective annual production of 210,000 metric tons, 200 million square meters and 30,000 tons.

Flat Glass Group Co Ltd (49th)

Flat Glass Group Co Ltd specializes in the research and development, manufacture, processing and sale of glass, and its main products are photovoltaic glass, float glass, architectural glass and household-use glass.
