The first 2024 China (Jinyun) Machine Tool Exhibition kicked off in Jinyun county, Lishui, Zhejiang province, on Nov 21, with nearly 200 leading companies in the intelligent manufacturing equipment and tool sectors participating.

As the first industrial and trade exhibition in Lishui, the exhibition area spans over 10,000 square meters with more than 550 booths. The exhibition covers a wide range of categories, including metal cutting, laser welding, robotics, machine tools, metal forming, special processing, instruments and sensors, and supporting tools.

Exhibitors showed the latest technological achievements at the event. Zhejiang Fugang Machine Tool Co demonstrated a high-speed 3D laser cutter that can cut and engrave a rod holder in just three seconds.

Since the 1980s, Jinyun has been involved in the machine tool industry, and its involvement in band saws has driven the formation and breakthrough of an industrial cluster specializing in mechanical equipment and new metallic material production.

Jinyun's band saws currently hold over 70 percent of the domestic market share, with their saw blades capturing more than 90 percent.
