During the 2024 Zhejiang Agricultural Expo, the Yunhe snow pear special promotion event was held at the Hangzhou International Expo Center on Nov 23.

At the event, crisp and juicy Yunhe snow pears were met with praise from many attendees who sampled them. Additionally, there were products such as snow pear syrup and snow pear tea, along with trendy snow pear-themed items that fascinated numerous young visitors.

Yunhe, located in Lishui, Zhejiang province, is a key county for high-quality snow pear production in China. In recent years, the local snow pear industry has seen steady and sound development, with the quality and brand recognition of Yunhe snow pears continually improving.

The event also announced research findings on the health benefits and history of Yunhe snow pears. With over 570 years of cultivation history, systematic analysis suggests that Yunhe snow pear may has originated in the southeastern area on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau.

In recent years, Yunhe county has collaborated with Zhejiang University to set up a joint research center for the snow pear industry, making products such as snow pear beer, sparkling drinks, and medicinal dietary products.

Vibrant cultural activities themed on Yunhe snow pear have also helped spread the brand's influence nationwide.
