Founded in 2002, Zhejiang Semir Garments Co Ltd is located at No 98 Nanhui Road, Louqiao Industrial Park – in the Ouhai district of Wenzhou city, in East China's Zhejiang province – with a registered capital of 2.698 billion yuan ($416 million).
