In recent days, over 5,000 early cherry blossom trees have gradually burst into bloom at the Nanxi River Cherry Blossom Garden in Wenzhou, becoming a new holiday destination.
The hillsides are adorned with clusters of pink, pale pink, and deep red cherry blossoms, attracting numerous visitors.
The garden is home to over 20,000 cherry blossom trees, including varieties of early, mid, and late-blooming cherry blossoms of both domestic and international origin.
The predominant varieties currently in bloom are the Taiwanese peony cherry blossom and the Japanese perfume cherry blossom.
Next up are the 7,000 trees of the red beauty variety, which is also an early blooming cherry blossom. Their flowering period closely follows that of the Taiwanese peony cherry blossom, and they are expected to reach their peak bloom in about three to five days.
