In Wenzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, the beautiful Feiyun Lake sits nestled among the mountains.
The lake is located at the border between Taishun county and Wencheng county, covering an area of 35.4 square kilometers, making it the largest lake in southern Zhejiang.
The best season to visit Feiyun Lake is late autumn. The most picturesque part of Feiyun Lake during this time is in Baizhang town in Taishun. The town encompasses two-thirds of Feiyun Lake's water area.
Baizhang's Feiyun Lake is like a mirror amid the mountains of Taishun. The lake sits at an elevation of just 150 to 200 meters, with a warm climate year-round and flowers blooming throughout the seasons.

Taking a ride on a "water bus" from the dock, visitors can enjoy a serene journey on the lake, with reflections of the blue sky, white clouds, and green mountains gleaming in the water and large swathes of surrounding maple and cypress leaves turning red.
