Cherry blossoms are now in full bloom in many areas of China, including Yongfu, a county in Zhangping city, East China's Fujian province.
The cherry flower park is a national 3A scenic area in Yongfu, which is at the southernmost mountain basin. In addition to Yongfu's famous Matsu Cultural Festival and its reputation as the hometown of azaleas, it also boasts more than 2 million cherry trees representing over 40 different species that stretch for over 4.5km along arrays of tea trees. Thanks to these trees, Chinese tourists are able to enjoy cherry blossom viewing without going to Japan.
