In hot summer, the air in Guangzhou is filled with enchanting sunshine and the sweet scent of locally grown fruit. It’s also time for flowers to bloom. The following are several recommended destinations that you can visit to see the blossoms in the Haizhu district of Guangzhou.

Location: Phase I part of Haizhu Wetland

Flower season: July

Public transport:

Tourists enter the park from the north gate.

Bus No 14, 45, 206, 250, 252, 264, 270, 762, 998. Get off at Longtancun Paifang Stop, and go east for about 100 meters.

Location: Phase I&II part of Haizhu Wetland

Flower season: July to August

Public transport:

Tourists who enter the park from the north gate take Bus No 14, 45, 206, 250, 252, 264, 270, 762, 998. Get off at Longtancun Paifang Stop, and go east for about 100 meters.

Tourists who enter the park from the south gate please take a bus to Haizhu Wetland Nanmen Station or Houjiaocun Station or Nanzhou Road Station or Lijiao Bus Terminal.

Flower season: July to September

Public transport:

Tourists who go to Haizhu Lake, please take Subway Line Three and get off at Datang Station (Exit B), or take a bus and get off at the South Guangzhou Avenue Station.

Tourists who enter the park from the south gate please take a bus to Haizhu Wetland Nanmen Station or Houjiaocun Station or Nanzhou Road Station or Lijiao Bus Terminal.
