The 134th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is taking place in Haizhu district, Guangzhou through Nov 14.

Its exhibition hall, the China Import and Export Fair Complex, is located in Pazhou, which is along the Maritime Silk Road. Dating back approximately 400 years, Guangzhou used to welcome nearly 100 foreign merchant ships annually, establishing a flourishing trade. The route is now a popular tourist destination with the following attractions.

The ancient Huangpu port and village are home to well-preserved ancient ancestral temples, streets, houses, and temples, carrying the historical stories of the Maritime Silk Road.
