Recently, in 2024, the Guangzhou Michelin Guide was released, adding two new restaurants in Haizhu district. The Canton Tower Square is currently developing a Michelin-themed dining area, with five Michelin-starred restaurants already established.

Xin Dauji, once favored by a list of Hong Kong stars and celebrities in 1972, specialized in traditional Cantonese cuisine and seafood. In 2012, it received the prestigious Michelin one-star accolade, becoming a shining star in the Hong Kong culinary scene.

Longtao Court stands as one of Hong Kong's renowned representatives of Cantonese cuisine, led by world-class chefs who blend traditional and modern cooking, famous for their select ingredients and exquisite flavors, now established in Guangzhou Tower Square.

European and Asian culinary styles converge at Kam Wo's Kitchen, with their signature "All-Can-Be-Stewed" golden stew pot as the flagship dish, focusing mainly on classic Cantonese cuisine while upholding ancient cooking techniques.

Mango Tree is an internationally acclaimed Michelin-starred Thai restaurant known for its sour, spicy, and sweet flavors, embodying a culinary trend, culture, and lifestyle straight from Thailand.

Ease Chinese Cuisine is a Sichuan cuisine restaurant, a five-time winner on Dianping's "Must-Eat" list for Sichuan cuisine, with an innovative approach extending from Sichuan flavors to creative fusion dishes blending with other cuisines and techniques.
