Recently, the AH090226 land parcel in the southern area of Pazhou, Guangzhou, was awarded to Guangzhou Longxing Technology Development Company.

The company plans to invest in constructing the national headquarters project of Longxing Holdings, further solidifying Guangzhou's comprehensive advantage in the automotive industry.

Longxing Holdings is an authorized dealer for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Lincoln, and others, mainly engaging in brand automobile exhibitions and sales, spare parts distribution, digital software development, and sales.

The objective of this project is to establish a national headquarters for an automotive marketing enterprise. This enterprise will integrate brand marketing, software development, and after-sales services to support the growth of the automotive industry in the Haizhu district. Additionally, it aims to enhance the brand influence of the automotive industry chain in Guangzhou.

Another remarkable highlight is that China Unicom announced the creation of a network security industry park in Pazhou, investing 2 billion yuan ($281.94 million) to build the China Unicom Greater Bay Area (Pazhou) Network Security Industry Park.

The industrial park has completed the acquisition of industrial land covering approximately 14 mu (0.93 hectares), with a planned construction area of around 100,000 square meters, expected to be operational by 2027.

The project aims to promote the development of the network security industry, drive core technological innovation, enrich network security products and applications, nurture network security talents, and achieve high-quality development of the network security industry.
