Tour programs for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) services are setting a new pattern in Hainan province.
The first weeklong Ukraine-Bo'ao TCM Healthcare Trip will set off from the Bo'ao International Famous TCM Health Medical Center on Sept 16.
It was announced at a media conference that Yiling Group has reached a strategic partnership with Hainan Airlines for the launch of an exclusive Hainan-Kyiv air route to serve the Ukraine TCM healthcare travel groups. The maiden flight is scheduled for Sept 15.

During their tour, the Ukraine tourists will be able to receive modern medical treatment combined with traditional TCM theory. At the same time, they will get a chance to admire other aspects of Chinese culture including guqin (seven-stringed Chinese zither), chess, calligraphy and painting, as well as Yang's Tai Chi performance, a national intangible cultural heritage.
The event is jointly organized by the Health and Family Planning Commission of Hainan Province, the Qionghai Municipal People's Government and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Management Bureau of Hainan Province.
It intends to promote TCM culture by offering foreign guests a chance to experience the naturopathy of TCM, and to explore the transformation and innovative development of TCM driven by such TCM healthcare tours.
