Located on the southernmost tip of Hainan Island, Sanya is famous for its tropical scenery and is a popular international tourist destination. The resort city is now working hard on preparations for the Sixth Asian Beach Games, set to take place from Nov 28 to Dec 6. As the first intercontinental sports event to be held in Hainan province, the games will inject new impetus into the development of Hainan Free Trade Port.
