Sanya designates COVID-19 control, key-prevention areas

According to the Sanya COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control headquarters, Sanya has delineated the control areas and in key-prevention areas in Tianya district and Yazhou district as of March 20. 

1. The control area

(1) Tianya district

Taling village committee

(2) Yazhou district

1. Nanbin Hospital

2. Yacheng Health Center

3. Xingbin 1st Lane

4. Middle section of Xingbin Road: Adong Grocery Store to China Telecom Nanbin Business Point

5. Hedi Road in Dongguan community: From the exit of the Yacheng Bridge to the exit of Hedi Road

6. North of Dongguan community

People in control areas should strictly implement the home quarantine measures for 14 days and undergo nucleic acid testing once a day.

2. Key-prevention area

(1) Tianya district

Hongtang village committee, Bufu village committee, Heitu village committee, Maling community committee

(2) Yazhou District

West to the coastline, Ningyuan River, Shuinan Bridge-Huanjin Road-Railway; north to Xihuan High-speed Railway and Nanbin Baichao Team; east to South Main Canal of Dalong Reservoir and Yacheng Interchange; south to Nanshan North, Sima Road and Harbour Road to the seaside.

People in the key-prevention area should undergo nucleic acid testing and health monitoring. They should not leave the zone unless it is necessary.

On March 20, Sanya reported one new asymptomatic COVID-19 case. The person's travel history from March 17 to 19 mainly included Sanya Phoenix International Airport, as well as the aforementioned control and key-prevention areas in Tianya district and Yazhou district.

In order to further ensure passenger service under the situation of normalized COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, the departure hall of Sanya Phoenix International Airport T2 terminal has been suspended as of March 20, including the check-in island D, the security check channel of T2 terminal, the V2 first-class lounge, and related waiting areas.
