Hu Yabo, Party secretary of Hannan district, had a negotiation with chairman of Wuhan Real Estate Group, Yuan Kun, on strategic cooperation on Nov 30.

Yuan said that the zone has strong economic strength and prospect for great development. In recent years, Wuhan Real Estate Group has actively participated in the urban development and construction in the WHDZ. The zone's comprehensive strength has continuously been enhanced.
He added that they are willing to deepen strategic cooperation with and increase investment in the zone, and strive to create innovative brands of real estate to contribute to the zone's economic and social development.

Secretary Hu pointed out that the WHDZ earnestly studies and implements the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress. Its main objective is to foster the development of the real economy, technological innovation, modern finance and talent introduction.
Hu said that the support of the Group brings a bright start for the WHDZ. Currently, the WHDZ is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading. He hopes that both sides will formulate directions and share information, establish a comprehensive strategic partnership for common development.
The Group was registered in the WHDZ. It undertook the infrastructure construction tasks of the development zone and invested in the construction of Sanjiao Lake Expert Apartment, Dingli Mansion, Dongfang Industrial Park and Jianghan University.
Heads including Li Lin, Huang Yuanfeng and Wang Yang, general manager Fu Minggui from Wuhan Real Estate Group, and representatives from its listings and incorporations, attended the event.
