Work permit training held in WHDZ

A training session on work permits for foreigners in China was held at Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (WHDZ), Wuhan, Hubei province, on Feb 2, with more than 100 participants.

The meeting was hosted by Wuhan city administration of foreign experts affairs and undertaken by the foreign affairs and overseas Chinese affairs office of WHDZ. 

At present, more than 1,000 foreigners work or live in the zone –– the highest concentration in Wuhan. 

Lei Qingping, director of Wuhan city administration of foreign experts affairs, addressed the meeting and highlighted the requirements in the approval and management of work permits for foreigners in China

During the training, experts explained in detail the application procedures and precautions for foreigners’ work permits in China, and gave guidance on how to access the online service system.
