Dongfeng Motor Group, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company, and Banque PSA Finance signed a cooperation agreement in Wuhan, Hubei province, on March 23, to establish a financial leasing company in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (WHDZ).
With investment of 300 million yuan ($47.74 million), the new company will mainly provide leasing services for China’s automobile market.
Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company will hold 50 percent of the new company’s total shares, and Dongfeng Motor Group and Banque PSA Finance will hold 25 percent each.
