A children's painting exhibition on the theme of the 7th CISM Military World Games (MWG) opened at Tanghu Museum of Art in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Wuhan, central China's Hubei province, on Oct 27.

The painting activity started in August this year, with nearly 500 paintings contributed by teenagers and children in the zone, among which 64 received awards and are on display at the museum and the zone's public service center.

The children's work was also displayed online, attracting 1.14 million views and receiving votes from more than 80,000 people.

The five most popular paintings will be given to foreign athletes and visitors during the Military World Games, which will be held in Wuhan from Oct 18 to 27, 2019, with venues in WHDZ.
