WHDZ trains volunteers for Military World Games

A training course to prepare volunteers to help out during the women’s volleyball events of the 7th Military World Games was held in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone from Aug 30 to 31.

Experts were invited to train the 621 volunteers during the two-day event. Topics included general knowledge of women’s volleyball, service techniques, and etiquette.

At the launch ceremony, organizers explained the essence of volunteerism to the trainees and told them they should provide high-quality services with great enthusiasm.

The WHDZ has so far trained 1,408 volunteers, including 318 for skydiving, 164 for swimming, 138 for diving, 167 for men’s golf, and 621 for women’s volleyball.
