Global Intelligent Vehicle Summit to open in Wuhan

The 2nd Global Intelligent Vehicle Summit (GIV) will be held in Wuhan, capital of Central China’s Hubei province, on Sept 21.

The event’s slogan is “strengthening top-level design and exploring application scenarios”, and it consists of a high-end forum and two sub-summits. It aims to promote integrated development in automobiles, transportation, communication, internet, artificial intelligence, and energy.

It is also committed to the commercialization of automatic driving technology and exploring how automatic driving can be applied in urban services.

More than 30 experts and business leaders from Tsinghua University, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Bosch, Huawei, Delphi, Daimler, and Baidu, will speak during the event. The China Automatic Driving Industry Development Report (2019) will also be released.
