The conference, set to open on Nov 21, is part of the 2019 Conference on Overseas Chinese Pioneering and Developing in China.

Officials said it will introduce more international projects to the WHDZ.

They said a series of activities will be staged during the event -- including the unveiling of industry and talent policies, as well as project roadshows.
