China-Europe freight train service links Wuhan with Russia

A freight train -- composed of 50 cars fully loaded with SF Express’ cargo for Russia Post -- departed Central China's transportation hub of Wuhan, capital of Hubei province on Dec 26, heading for Novosibirsk in Russia, according to the Hubei Daily.

The China-Europe freight train, which was the 167th China-Europe freight train launched in Wuhan city in 2019, will arrive in Novosibirsk in some 15 days, according to Wuhan Zhongtie Yitong Logistics Co.

The company, joining hands with Wuhan Asia-Europe Logistics, opened the freight train service which marked the first freight train service targeting express delivery enterprises.
