Wuhan metro running adjusted times for holiday travel rush

Wuhan metro’s timetables will be adjusted for the Spring Festival travel rush, with the last metro trains on some lines running later than usual, according to a statement released by metro officials on Jan 16.

From Jan 18-23, the stopping time will be increased at each station in the section between Wuhan Tianhe International Airport and Hankou Railway Station along Wuhan Metro Line 2, which runs from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport to Fozuling.

The last metro train at Hankou Railway Station heading for Fozuling will depart at 23:45.

On Jan 22-23, Wuhan Metro Line 4 will run metro trains that call in at major selected stops on the metro line: Wuhan Railway Station, Tieji Road, Hongshang Plaza, Wuchang Railway Station, Fuxing Road, Zhongjiacun, Wangjiawan, Huangjinkou, Jixian, Caidian Plaza and Bolin.

On Jan 19 to Feb 1, the first trains on the Wuhan metro lines are scheduled to depart at 06:00.
