The Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (also known as WHDZ) currently has four designated pharmacies for patients with severe or chronic diseases, according to the official WeChat account of the WHDZ.
The four retail pharmacies are as follows:

Starting on Feb 24, the online diagnosis and treatment conducted by Union Hospital, affiliated to the Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University and the Central Hospital of Wuhan have been included in Wuhan Medical Insurance.
How to receive online diagnosis and treatment
Patients can log into the online hospital platform of the designated medical institutions and after real-name registration, patients can select a doctor for online consultation. The doctor gives professional answers and suggestions based on the patient's condition and issues a prescription based on the patient's condition.
How to make an online payment and drug delivery
1. General clinics
After checking the prescription information and confirming it through the online platform, the patient completes the medical insurance personal account for personal cash payment. The designated hospital conducts an offline drug delivery according to the prescription information.
2. Critical care clinics
Hospitals send prescription information to designated pharmacies. The designated pharmacies confirm the prescription and delivery address, review the prescription and verify the information of the insured person, perform the medical insurance settlement, print the medical insurance settlement bill and generate a personal insurance payment QR code for the insured person.
The insured person can pay online through Alipay and WeChat Pay, by scanning the QR code or pay cash on delivery.
