WHDZ senior high schools to adopt closed-off management

Updated: 2020-04-22

Senior high schools in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) -- in Wuhan in China’s Central Hubei province -- are to adopt closed-off or semi closed-off management after the resumption of class for 12th grade students, according to school officials in the WHDZ.

After school restarts, arrangements will be made for the students to live in school according to their individual situation.

Officials said schools will prepare three meals a day but meal deliveries to schools are not allowed.

They said that starting April 18, senior high school teachers, school security and canteen staff members in the zone will take nucleic acid tests in batches to prepare for the resumption of school.
