Dongfeng Logistics Group Co was officially established in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, on Oct 3, according to local media reports.
The company, which incorporates auto manufacturer Dongfeng Motor Co's logistics business, will provide an all-round logistics service guarantee for all business units under Dongfeng, as well as providing integrated logistics transportation solutions for the automotive industry.
The company has a registered capital of 800 million yuan ($119.44 million) and total assets of 4.05 billion yuan. It implements an operation management and control organizational model and a two-level matrix management system.
