The "Specific Measures" require that by 2022, the city's intellectual property protection systems and mechanisms will be more complete and effective, and the ability and level of intellectual property protection will be greatly improved.

To achieve these goals, the "Specific Measures" propose 27 strict measures in five areas.

Wuhan city will strictly enforce intellectual property laws and regulations to achieve strict protection of intellectual property rights.

In addition, Wuhan is set to strengthen funding guarantees for talent teams and realize the strong protection of intellectual property rights.
