A total of 996 new parking spaces will be built.

The planned land area for the multi-storey parking building is about 13,951 square meters. The building structure will include a basement and three above-ground floors. The total floor area will be about 33,327 sq m.

Of this total, the above-ground building area is 24,839 sq m, the underground building area is 8,488 sq m, and a total of 996 parking spaces are to be created, of which 20 percent will have charging piles.

In the later stages of the project's construction, the introduction of a smart parking system will also be considered to make it easier for residents to park and pick up their cars.

Currently, the project is undergoing site leveling and temporary construction work. The next step will be earth excavation and foundation construction. It is expected to be completed in April 2022.
