Quarantine areas have been set up in Junshan Entrepreneurship Park in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ), with the first batch of patients moving in on Aug 6, according to local media reports.
On Aug 4, according to the WHDZ's epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the Junshan Entrepreneurship Park was designated as an isolation area.
Wuhan Jingkai Investment Co successfully completed the renovation of 600 rooms in apartment buildings in the entrepreneurship park in accordance with epidemic prevention standards.
The company contacted Haier, Midea and Zhongbai Warehousing and other enterprises in the development zone. Within 24 hours, 492 electric water heaters, 384 air conditioners, and 600 sets of daily toiletries, bedding and other supporting materials were all delivered to the area.
The company urgently formed a construction team of more than 50 workers to complete the installation of guardrails overnight to ensure that the isolation points were established on schedule.
At present, the quarantine areas in Junshan Entrepreneurship Park have completed various support facilities in accordance with the requirements of centralized isolation standards.
