3 buses in WHDZ resume original routes

The No 351, 205, and 272 buses in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province that had previously changed their routes due to the COVID-19 epidemic have now resumed their original routes, starting on Aug 23, according to local media reports.

Bus No 351 resumed stops at the north gate of Wuhan Sports Center on Taizihu Road and Zhuankou Sports Center.

Bus No 205 resumed stops at Sanjiaohu Lake on Dongfeng Avenue and Zhuankou Sports Center.

Bus No 272 resumed the stops at Zhuankou Sports Center and Dongfeng Middle Road.

At present, the Wuhan Public Transport Group strictly implements various epidemic prevention measures as well as a disinfection and sterilization mechanism for all operating buses.

All bus drivers are required to have COVID-19 vaccinations and a green health code.

Passengers are required to wear masks, have body temperature measured, and show their health code before boarding buses.

The Zhuankou sub-district in the WHDZ has been adjusted to a low-risk area since Aug 24.

Since Zhuankou sub-district was designated as a medium-risk area on Aug 2, strict COVID-19 prevention and control measures have been implemented. Up to now, there have been no new infection cases for 14 consecutive days.
