A large-scale automobile exhibition was held by China's auto-making giant, Dongfeng, in front of the Yellow Crane Tower in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, on April 11. The exhibition featured a 3D immersive light show, which was also staged simultaneously in Hangzhou and Changsha – the capitals of Zhejiang and Hunan provinces.

Dongfeng is based in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ).

The event was attended by leaders of the company, as well as senior officials from the Wuhan and WEDZ governments.

Dongfeng is currently accelerating its technology-based transition, and is striving to create its own new energy vehicle (NEV) brand echelon in order to take the lead in core manufacturing technologies involved in auto chips and power systems.
