Yili promotes child welfare

Two films themed around issues of child abduction and left-behind children produced by Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group were recognized at China International Philanthropy Movie Festival in 2016.

The films are part of the company’s efforts to promote child welfare and part of Yili Ark –– a project promoting children's health and safety.

Yili Ark has visited 25 provinces and cities across the country, and delivered 70 trainings sessions on various issues including traffic safety, sexual assault and safety in water, benefiting more than 200,000 children, parents and teachers over the past three years.

The project supported 43 schools in Middle and West China in conducting innovations and activities related to child safety during 2016 by furthering work in training, giving financial assistance, supplying materials and promotions.

In the future, Yili will continue to promote child safety as part of its corporate social responsibilities.
