Hohhot’s flourishing basil leaves are snapped up overseas
Many hands make light work: the harvesting of basil leaves takes place at an agricultural park in Saihan district in Hohhot, capital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on April 15. With its 13 hectare planting area, the park produces 60,000 kilograms of basil leaves every year.
