Hohhot issues info on cultural venues for holiday period

Hohhot – capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – has released information on business hours and novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control measures for cultural venues during the upcoming holiday period from May 1-5, according to a report in the Hohhot Daily.

The Hohhot Library will continue to implement various requirements – such as readers should enter with ID cards and show their health codes. The library will be disinfected and cleaned during closed periods.

On May 1, 2, 4 and 5, the library will be open all day. It will be closed for half a day on the morning of May 3 and will resume at 13:30-18:30 hrs that afternoon.

During the holiday period, the 24-hour self-service library will be open from 8:30-22:30 hrs and all Hongyan Bookstores will be open as usual.

The exhibition hall and digital hall of the Hohhot Cultural Center will be open to the public as usual, with the daily opening hours of 9:00-17:00 hrs. Entry will be closed after 16:30.

Visitors should have their body temperature measured, as well as show health codes and itinerary information to enter the center.

The Zhaojun Museum will be open to the public as usual during the holiday period from 9:00-17:30 hrs. The museum will close every Monday, starting on May 6.
