Hohhot issues subsidy to stabilize employment
Hohhot, capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, recently released guidelines on applying for job subsidy.
The subsidy targets micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the city's jurisdiction which have recruited new personnel in 2022 and paid social insurance for new employees for at least six months.
Qualified enterprises will obtain a one-time subsidy of 500 yuan ($75.02) for every newly-employed individual.
Enterprises can apply at the employment service center of the county and district in which they operate. The processing time is 10 working days.
