Cinemas, libraries in Hohhot city reopen on April 1
A raft of social, cultural and tourism venues reopened to the public starting April 1 in Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
Opening their doors for business were A-level scenic spots, libraries, cultural centers, art galleries, museums, business publication venues and cinemas, according to local media reports.
Other cultural and tourism facilities and entertainment venues in the city – such as travel agencies, KTVs, bars, internet cafes and billiard halls – remain suspended.
Ventilation, cleaning and disinfection are required for the public places.
The venues that have reopened are required to not receive more than 50 percent of their normal capacity of people.
Furthermore, they should strictly implement regulations covering appointments, real-name registration, temperature measurements, the wearing of masks and verification of the Qingcheng Code.
The venues should also be equipped with COVID-19 antigen self-test kits.
