503 major projects start, resume construction in Hohhot

A total of 503 major projects, involving government investment of more than 50 million yuan ($7.46 million) and business investment of more than 100 million yuan each, have now started or resumed construction in Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
The planned investment for these projects this year is 78.3 billion yuan in total.
In 2022, Hohhot city plans to promote the implementation of a total of 1,042 key projects, with an annual planned investment of 123.2 billion yuan.
Of these, 664 are new projects, with an annual planned investment of 65.3 billion yuan and 378 are ongoing projects, with an annual planned investment of 57.9 billion yuan.
The major projects include the Jinshan Thermal Power Plant Expansion Project, the Global 5G Green Production Artificial Intelligence Application Demonstration Project for Liquid Milk and the Bank of China Financial Technology Center Data Project.
