Hohhot Metro project wins MUSE Design Awards

The Hohhot Metro Line 1 and Line 2 projects won the design gold award of the prestigious MUSE Design Awards which were announced recently, according to local media reports.
The MUSE Design Awards is one of the most influential international awards in the field of global creative design. This year's MUSE Design Awards jury consisted of 110 professionals in various fields from 38 countries around the world.
Hohhot Metro Line 1 is the first completed and operational metro line in Hohhot. It started services on Dec 29, 2019 and its logo color is red.
The line starts from Yili Future Intelligence and Health Valley in Tumd Left Banner, passes through Huimi, Xincheng and Saihan districts, and ends at Bayan (Airport) Station in Saihan district, generally running east-west.

Hohhot Metro Line 2 is the second completed metro line in the city. The first phase of trial operations began on Oct 1, 2020 and its logo color is blue.
The line starts from Aershan Road Station in the Saihan district in the south, passes through Yuquan district and ends at Tali East Road Station in Xincheng district, in a north-south direction.
