Hohhot, the capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, has been making continuous efforts this year to optimize its talent policy environment, broaden related channels, and strengthen associated services.
Through implementing various employment and entrepreneurship policies, releasing policy-oriented positions, and conducting talent recruitment activities, efforts to boost employment and entrepreneurship among college graduates in Hohhot have achieved significant results.
As of the end of July, 28,900 graduates have landed jobs or started their own businesses in Hohhot, ranking the city first in the autonomous region in this category.
Hohhot has also launched a program aimed at drawing 100,000 university graduates to the province to find jobs. To that end, it has introduced a series of support policies for graduates to buy houses at half price, helped them secure loans for their entrepreneurial endeavors, and offered one-off entrepreneurship subsidies.
Overall, it provides a full range of guaranteed services for graduate employment and entrepreneurship.
With the city's efforts to further optimize its talent policy environment, Hohhot is striving to become a "talent reservoir" that attracts and nurtures a vast array of talented human resources.
The government's support for, and implementation of, these policies has provided college students with many new opportunities and resources to realize their career dreams.
It also contributes to local economic development, and enhances the overall competitiveness of Hohhot city. This initiative reflects Hohhot's commitment to building a vibrant, innovative, and inclusive city where talents can thrive and contribute to its prosperity.
