In October, on the vast lands of Togtoh county in Hohhot, the capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, fields of golden corn have entered the harvest season.
Farmers from various towns are taking advantage of the fine weather, driving corn harvesters back and forth in the fields, smoothly conducting the processes of harvesting, threshing, crushing stalks, and loading trucks, thus fully entering the harvest mode.

This year, the county has continuously made efforts to promote the construction of high-standard farmland, strengthened the agricultural technology extension service system, and accomplished full mechanization for production.
The crop yield per mu of corn has steadily increased to 99.35 mu (6.62 hectares), and all 240,000 mu of silage corn have been harvested, ensuring the high-quality completion of the annual grain production target and providing strong guarantees for the vitalization of the local dairy industry.
