On April 14, the Tianjin Port-Hohhot sea-rail intermodal train successfully arrived in Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, with over 600 metric tons of imported alfalfa clearing customs in the Hohhot Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
This shipment departed from Tianjin Port's Xingangbei on April 13 via the Tianjin Port-Hohhot sea-rail intermodal train, and reached Hohhot's Taitong Logistics Park on the afternoon of April 14.

The sea-rail intermodal train took less than two days to arrive at its destination, marking the successful launch of the Tianjin Port-Hohhot sea-rail intermodal train service. This achievement signifies another breakthrough in collaboration between the Hohhot Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Tianjin Port through the "Zone-Port Linkage" platform. This creates a green, efficient, and cost-effective logistics channel that significantly reduces the logistics costs of imported goods.
