The ninth China-Inner Mongolia Dancesport Open kicked off in Hohhot, capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on July 23-24.
The competition featured 256 categories, with over 1,000 contestants from 39 dancesport teams across China and 17 street dance or breakdance teams from Inner Mongolia showing their talents.

The annual event in Hohhot brings together dancers from diverse backgrounds to compete and share their passion.
The competition aims to promote physical fitness, cultural exchanges and the development of sports dance and street dance in the region.
The often thrilling performances and spirited competition provided an exciting and inspiring experience for both participants and spectators –highlighting the growing popularity and skills level of dance sports exponents in Inner Mongolia and beyond.
