Yili shares dividends with employees during 2024 annual meeting
Yili Group allocated 400 million yuan ($54.56 million) in rewards and incentives to outstanding employees and partners during its 2024 annual meeting and gala. The company aims to share the dividends of growth and foster a bright future of mutual success.
The annual meeting and gala, titled "Believe & Achieve: Navigating New Horizons Together", was held on Jan 8 in Hohhot. The event featured performances and awards designed to inspire Yili employees to strive for excellence and achieve new milestones.
The event brought together over 3,000 employee representatives and more than 100 employees' family members from around the world. Nearly 100,000 employees and their families from domestic and international locations tuned in via livestream.

Yili has always considered its employees and partners invaluable to the company, caring for and fostering talent development.
At this year's annual meeting, Yili rewarded employees and teams that demonstrated outstanding contributions, innovation, dedication, and hard work. The recipients came from areas such as quality management, technological innovation, digital and intelligent upgrades, and supply chain development.
These awards recognized their consumer-focused approach, insights into consumer needs, and efforts to create innovative products that bring health and nutrition.
In 2024, Yili undertook comprehensive and multidimensional collaborative efforts across nutrition and health, product development, food safety, and ecological conservation.
The company operated 15 innovation centers across Europe, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, driving global innovation. In partnership with the National Dairy Technology Innovation Center, Yili achieved a breakthrough in the world's first targeted extraction and protection technology for lactoferrin, increasing lactoferrin retention rate in ambient-temperature pure milk from 10 percent to over 90 percent.
Yili has also integrated its innovation and industrial chains, creating an "innovation pathway from a blade of grass to a glass of milk". Significant breakthroughs and innovations have been achieved in probiotics, breast milk research, and milk powder processing.
