New digital service platform boosts private enterprise development
Hohhot's Qingqibang online service platform for private enterprises, launched on April 1, marks a key step in building a digital federation. The platform implements enterprise support initiatives, helping businesses address challenges through a closed-loop system of "extensive collection, precise matching, coordinated promotion, feedback processing, and effectiveness evaluation".
The platform aims to provide a convenient and efficient online service by focusing on the "four needs" of private enterprises. It is structured around five major functional sections, covering policies, judicial services, and taxation.
The platform includes eight modules: Access to Funding, Employment Assistance, Market Expansion, Raw Material Sourcing, Judicial Services, Taxation Services, Policy Services, and Other Requests. These allow businesses to submit needs across multiple fields for more targeted and effective support.
Qingqibang also features Enterprise Support Policies, Investment Promotion, and Enterprise Showcase modules. It classifies and publishes the latest business-related policies for easy access, enables companies to submit investment leads to support Hohhot's investment attraction efforts, and provides a dynamic display of private enterprises, fostering communication and mutual benefits.
The platform also integrates the DeepSeek AI model to power "AI Huxiaozhi", an intelligent customer service assistant for online inquiries and interactive engagement.
