The 9th Global Dairy Innovation Congress Asia was held in Singapore from April 22 to 23. Representatives from the International Dairy Federation, global and Asia-Pacific dairy enterprises, research institutions, and industry associations gathered for the event.

During the congress, the Dairy Innovation Pioneer Awards were announced. Yili's core products clinched nine awards, making it the Chinese dairy enterprise with the most wins at this summit.

At the main forum held on April 22, Situ Wenyou, vice-president of Yili Group and executive director of the Nutrition and Health Research Center at the National Center of Technology Innovation for Dairy, delivered a speech titled Dairy Innovation Based on Population Nutrition and Its Application in Healthy Aging, outlining the scientific pathway for developing dairy products tailored to the elderly. At the parallel forums, Yili also unveiled its achievements in probiotic technology innovation and industrial application.

At the roundtable forum on "How to Further Expand the Asian Dairy Market", Situ engaged in in-depth discussions with industry representatives from across Asia, jointly exploring pathways for regional market growth and directions for industrial collaboration. Currently, Yili has established production bases in China, Indonesia, Thailand, and other countries. It has ranked first in Asia's dairy industry for 12 consecutive years and remains the only Asian enterprise to break into the global top five in dairy.
