The Medicinal Fragrance Culture Museum, the first cultural venue in Inner Mongolia autonomous region centered on medicinal fragrances, has opened at the Medicinal Fragrance Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Creative Industry Park in Hohhot's Saihan district.

The museum is built on the autonomous region-level ICH of medicinal fragrance production techniques, integrating exhibition displays, study and educational programs, hands-on crafting experiences, and cultural dissemination into a comprehensive cultural space spanning over 2,600 square meters and featuring seven themed exhibition areas.

Through diverse formats, including aromatic materials and utensils, ancient fragrance formulas, craft demonstrations, olfactory experiences, and interactive check-in points, the museum presents an overview of global and Chinese fragrance culture, the historical evolution and modern applications of traditional Chinese medicinal fragrance, and the sustainable development trajectory of Inner Mongolia's medicinal fragrance.

The museum will regularly host ICH study programs, medicinal fragrance handicraft workshops, special lectures, and cultural exchange activities. Through its innovative "ICH + museum + study programs + cultural tourism" model, the museum provides a practical example for the inheritance of traditional crafts and holds profound significance for promoting Chinese culture and preserving the roots of ethnic culture.
